Short-Term Therapy

Short-term therapy is not a lesser version of care. It is focused, skills-based, and intentional. We begin by identifying clear goals together, then work systematically toward them using methods that research shows are effective.

Most short-term work spans 8 to 20 sessions, though the right length depends on your needs. The goal is for you to leave with real tools you can use long after our work together ends.
